Kimberly Polite is an Arkansas native and currently resides in Lake Forest, California where she is the owner of Executive Communication Solutions (ECS). For the past seventeen years, Kimberly has trained and developed organizational teams to effective execution. Kimberly received a BA in English and a Master of Education from the University of Arkansas. She is currently matriculating a Doctor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Strategy and Innovation from Capella University.
Kimberly has been a long-time community volunteer serving on boards such as Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Life Source International. Most recently she serves as the Training Director on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Orange County, California. She brings her clients professional development training through individual and group sessions conducted in person, by teleconference, or via free weekly training webinars. Kimberly has also been awarded the Business Journal’s “40 under 40″ award for her outstanding achievements in business.
